About me
I’m an award-winning journalist, copywriter, content marketer and PR consultant with more than 25 years’ experience writing for niche and mainstream media in the UK, US and Australia.
I’m the author of Vegan Ventures: Start & Grow an Ethical Business, the first book of its kind providing success strategies for vegan entrepreneurs and host of the Vegan Business Talk podcast.
My mission is to put more vegan business owners, experts, influencers, coaches, consultants and creatives in the limelight so you can share your messages and make money selling your products and services.

Vegans In the Limelight
Should you do TikTok? What about Reels? When’s the best time to do PR? How much of yourself should you share online?
PR and marketing is essential to grow your vegan business or brand but it can be overwhelming. So. Much. Content.
Instead of tearing your hair out searching the net for expensive courses and tactics (which may not be right for your business even if they’re working for others’), why not invest in ongoing support, training and community – that’s affordable?
In my private membership group you’ll get access to a comprehensive PR course, regular expert masterclasses, Q&As, website/content reviews, virtual networking meetups and a members-only Facebook group where you can get the help and support you need on all things PR, marketing, personal branding and thought leadership.
Vegan Ventures
Start & Grow an Ethical Business is the first book of its kind providing success strategies for vegan and plant-based entrepreneurs.
It features insights and expertise from 60+ owners of a wide range of vegan-run businesses from across the globe, including PR, marketing and business growth professionals.
“A timely addition to the reading list of every vegan entrepreneur.”
– Philip Wollen, former VP, Citibank & philanthropist, from the foreword to the book.

Content Marketing Masterclass

Creating content for other people’s websites or contributing articles to external media outlets is an excellent way to build your authority as an expert or thought leader.
It gets you in front of (the right) audiences who may not have otherwise discovered you or your brand, and can also lead to other opportunities including speaking gigs, collaborations and partnerships.
In this 60-minute webinar with me you’ll learn:
- What is content marketing and how does guest blogging/writing work?
- The three key types of guest writing/blogs and how they differ from each other
- How to write a strong opinion article, feature and listicle (even if you’re not a ‘writer’)
- How to identify the right places to contribute to
- How to leverage your guest articles for even bigger impact
